Here are five powerful changes you can start making today:

⚫️ Take responsibility

Set small, manageable tasks in both your personal and work life—things you can actually control. 

For example: drink 2 litres of water, or email five potential contacts.


⚫️ Stop blaming yourself

No more dwelling on what you “should’ve” or “could’ve” done. The past is done—your power is in what you do next.


⚫️ Get clear on what you really want

It’s surprisingly common to chase goals that aren’t truly ours. Ask yourself: “If I had the time or money, what would I want to do or have—and is it realistic?”


⚫️ Focus on the positives

Look at what you already have—your strengths, resources, and wins. Don’t get stuck on your weaknesses or what’s missing. Instead use those gaps to guide your next steps.
