Freezer Food Challenge: Cheesy Lamb & Hidden Veg Winter Shepherds Pie
There’s something so comforting about a bubbling pie on a cold evening — especially when it’s made from ingredients you’ve rescued from the freezer and cupboards. This Freezer Food Challenge triumph was a tub of pre-roasted lamb (who even knew that was hiding in there?!) and a bag of our homegrown leeks, tucked away behind the frozen peas.
